LAPS offers exercise programs that are tailored for each individual. Clients are able to take their fitness to the next level as Ranjan breaks down their biomechanics and movement pattern in a simple, integrated way to identify where movement is blocked.

1. ASSESSMENT

Your first session will be a comprehensive movement analysis. From which we identify any faulty movement patterns and weakness that could be limiting you in the sport or activity or even everyday stuff that you take for granted.

2. BUILDING

We'll work together on building a strong foundation using different methodology such as corrective and activation exercise, implementing mobility and stability movement and exercises when and where needed for increase strength, power output and better overall performance.

3. ADJUSTMENTS

We are continually assessing you throughout each and every session for the simply reason that your body performs differently on a day to day basics. So expect changes in your training sessions as our trainers/coaches might just make changes as needed from session to session hence the integrated approach.
