From which we identify any faulty movement patterns and weakness that could be limiting you in the sport or activity or even everyday stuff that you take for granted. This is important in designing a program for our clients. What’s included in your assessment are as follows:

  • Posture analysis
  • Balance assessment
  • Mobility assessment
  • Stability assessment
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Strength assessment
  • Nutritional habits

After having done the above, we built a program to help in developing your foundation and further build on that foundation in an integrated progressive format. Even though the assessment is done prior to your program design, we are continually assessing you throughout each and every session for the simply reason that your body performs differently on a day to day basics. So expect changes in your training sessions as our trainers/coaches might just make changes as needed from session to session hence the integrated approach.
